Shipping & Returns

Shipping within India

We currently ship across India from our studio in Pune.

Order processing & Delivery time
• Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed.
• Once dispatched, orders usually reach you in 2-5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping charges
• There are no shipping charges for deliveries within India.

Order tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
• If you’re unable to track your order, please drop us a message at sales@aestheticaangan.com / 8237011311 with your order number.

Cash on Delivery

• At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
• We’re a small business and COD comes with high fees and failed deliveries, so we currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, netbanking). Thank you for understanding and supporting us.


Returns & exchanges

Aesthetic Aangan pieces are handcrafted in small batches, and minor variations are natural. That being said, we accept returns in specific cases.

We accept returns if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item

In these cases, we’re happy to offer a replacement, store credit or a refund once we verify the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

• Slight colour/texture variations that are a natural part of handwoven rattan or mop
• Slight size variations (within ~5–10 mm)
• Products damaged due to misuse, poor care or normal wear and tear

Return window

• Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue.
• Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return as couriers close claims quickly.

How to request a return

  1. Email/WhatsApp us at sales@aestheticaangan.com / 8237011311 with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
    • A short note about the issue

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will:
    • Arrange a reverse pickup, where available, OR
    • Ask you to ship the product back to us and share the receipt.

Please keep the product unused, with all original tags and packaging, until the return is processed.

Refunds / store credit

• For approved cases, we may process a refund back to your original mode of payment – this can take 5–7 business days after we receive the product and complete a quality check.

Damaged parcels on delivery

If the outer carton looks badly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:
• Take a photo of the parcel before opening it
• Open it in front of the delivery agent if possible
• If the product inside is damaged, follow the return steps above with photos of the box and product
