Shipping within India

We currently ship across India from our studio.

Order processing & delivery time
Orders are dispatched quickly from our studio and usually reach you within 2–5 business days of placing your order, depending on your location and courier.

Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders within India.

Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • If you’re unable to track your parcel, please message us at sales@aestheticaangan.com or +91-82370 11311 with your order number.

Cash on Delivery

  • COD is available on eligible orders (₹899–₹4,999)
  • For some orders, we may confirm the order with you on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
  • Our courier partner will collect payment in cash or UPI at the time of delivery.
  • If a COD order is repeatedly not accepted or cancelled at the doorstep, we may limit future COD orders for that customer.

Returns & exchanges

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

In these cases, we will first offer a free replacement of the affected item. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:
• Slight colour / texture variations that are a natural part of hand-woven rattan or mop
• Products damaged due to misuse, poor care or normal wear and tear
• Change of mind, style preference or gifting that didn’t work out

Return window
• If there is any issue with your order, please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
• Requests made after this period may not be eligible, as courier partners close claims quickly.

How to request a replacement or refund
Email or WhatsApp us at sales@aestheticaangan.com / +91 82370 11311 with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
• A short note describing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If your request is approved, we will:
• Arrange a reverse pickup, where available, or
• Ask you to ship the product back to us and share the receipt / tracking details.

Please keep the product unused, with all original tags and packaging, until the return is processed.

Refunds
• When a refund is due, it will be processed back to your original mode of payment.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after we receive the product and complete a quality check.

Damaged parcels on delivery
If the outer carton looks badly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:
• Take clear photos of the parcel before opening it
• Open it in front of the delivery agent if possible
• If the product inside is damaged, follow the steps above and contact us within 5 days with photos of the box and the product
